Waited for couple hrs to get into an "ejecutivo" we wanted to open an account they said the signatures do not match.
Like how can you do a signature so perfect in a digital device. Pretty much she said go get a new passport or a new PR card so easy.
Line up no many cashiers and expect to wait at least 1hr before you get help.
I'll take my business somewhere else.
Today I lived a very unpleasant experience of discrimination and arrogance on the part of the person at the entrance to the bank named Javier (he did not want to give me his last name) he was very derogatory towards me. He made me wait 40 minutes for a simple operation. I stood in line 4 times because there were a lot of people before me. He didn't answer my question and put his hand in front of me... he could have told me in two seconds and at the end when I asked him his name, his mother lied to me and told me that she was no longer going to help me. What a shame that this type of thing happens in Mexico and more so in a “serious” banking institution and especially in a position that is supposed to help people. Tomorrow I will return to file a complaint directly with the manager... I hope this type of attitude stops happening and there is ZERO TOLERANCE.

Where can I put my complaint? The executive Gabriel Pineda has brought us back and forth with a procedure. URGENT.

Good service, the truth is, nothing to do with the people who are in the Patio Acapulco branch (trail) recommended 👍👍👍
